Events Coordinator Job Description


Job Overview
The role of the Events Coordinator is to assist the Events Manager in the organisation, administration and set up of events/exhibitions for the Company.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the research and planning of events
- Responsible for all event administration
- Work with the PR team to ensure press coverage and
relevant editorial opportunities are fulfilled
- Organisation of marketing collateral and event material/stand equipment
- Set up at the venue, this may involve some overnight stays or working weekends
- Booking staff accommodation and travel arrangements where applicable

Skills / Attributes Required
- Prior experience in Events
- Possess strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Confident dealing with clients and internal resources
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Desire to progress within Events

Typical Salary Range: £20,000 to £25,000
