Role Overview

The Programme Manager will take responsibility for the organisation and coordination of the various programs and projects across the business.  You will be required to provide strategic guidance to the PMO, promote the Company’s culture and ensure it’s maintained throughout the teams driving efficiency and improvements.

Responsibilities

- Define, organise and manage inter-connected projects
- Decide upon suitable strategies and objectives
- Coordinate cross-project activities
- Lead and evaluate project managers and other members of the team
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
- Prepare reports for directors and/or the senior leadership team

Education and Experience

- Proven experience as a Program Manager or extensive project management experience
- Solid understanding of project/program management techniques and methodologies
- Good working knowledge of project management software
- Excellent stakeholder management skills

Competencies

- Strong leadership and skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
