Patient Administrator - Mental Health - Southampton

An experienced Patient Administrator, who will have solid customer service skills, strong administration skills and, ideally, an interest in working in the mental health sector, is required by a leading business based in Southampton, Hampshire.  A salary of up to £20,000 plus benefits is offered depending on experience.

Working in the small admin team, the Patient Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of patient contact and administration, ensuring that every patient has a smooth and positive experience of the service.  This will involve contact with patients’ family members and representatives, including at times of anxiety and distress.
