Role Overview
An Area Support Manager is required for a Technical Education company based remotely between Swindon and Bristol. A salary of up to £45,000 is offered, depending on experience. A candidate looking for a part time role would be considered for this role. 

You will visit consultants at various client sites. You will be accountable for executing a regular checkpoint process, understanding their developmental points and supporting consultants. You will provide excellent pastoral care towards the junior consultants.

Skills Required
The Operational Support Manager will ideally have the following experience:

-          Experience in a people/performance/relationship management role
-          Ability to travel to numerous locations in the South West
-          High levels of emotional Intelligence
-          Excellent listening and communication skills

Location
Bristol and Swindon
Must be able to travel around these areas, working remotely.

Salary / Benefits
Up to £45,000 + benefits
