Assistant Business Centre Manager


An Assistant Business Centre Manager with strong front of house and receptionist experience is required by our Commercial Property Management client based in Birmingham. A salary of up to £17,500 basic is available.

The Assistant Business Centre Manager will co-ordinate the running of a large Business Centre in conjunction with the Business Centre Manager, providing reception services via telephone and face-to-face as well as general secretarial/administration services to tenants.

The Assistant Business Centre Manager will be responsible for the general management and facilities as well as marketing and administration. Strong record keeping and keen attention to detail is crucial. Strong relationship building skills are key to providing the right service to tenants and managing suppliers and contractors.

Required skills:

- Strong front of house receptionist skills

- Knowledge of MS Office

- Strong communications and relationship building skills

- Previous centre management / office management skills are desirable.
