Role Overview
A Customer Service Executive is required for a travel company, located south of Reading. A salary of up to £22,000 is offered, depending on experience?

You will play a key role in the customer service department, reporting to the Customer Service Manager. You will investigate and respond to customer service disputes. You will investigate cases always considering the type of booking, gathering all evidence and the code of practise.

Skills Required
The Customer Service Executive will ideally have the following experience:

-          Excellent customer service skills
-          Experience dealing with complaints over the phone and email
-          Skills in MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook

Located south of Reading
Commute from Reading, Basingstoke and Newbury
