Role Overview
A Customer Service Supervisor is required for a travel company, located in Reading. A salary of up to £28,000 is offered, depending on experience?

You will play a key role in the customer service department, reporting to the Customer Service Manager. You will investigate and respond to customer service disputes. You will investigate cases always considering the type of booking, gathering all evidence and the code of practise.

For this role it is essential that you have experience in the travel industry. You will need basic legal knowledge as you may occasionally need to attend court.
