Role Overview
A Facilities Project Manager is required for a Property company based in Wembley. A salary of up to £45,000 is offered, depending on experience.

You will be responsible for a portfolio delivering projects. You will go to tender, managing the full lifecycle. You will support the Facilities Manager and Project Manager.

You will need good knowledge of Health and Safety, ensuring a safe working environment. You will manage contracts professionally, delivering at the right costs and keeping within budget.

You will ensure that subcontractors work to Risk Assessments and method statements, making sure contingency plans are in place for all work activities.

Skills Required
The Facilities Project Manager will ideally have the following experience:

-          A recognized Building surveying qualification
-          A professional project manager qualification such as Prince2 or APMP
-          Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements
-          Budget management experience
-          Has a very specific eye for detail and high standards

Commute from Hammersmith, North London, Watford.
