A Helpdesk Support Analyst is required to provide support for various UK clients by our Managed Services Provider client in Manchester. A salary of up to £19,000 is available.

The Helpdesk Support Analyst will support clients as a technical point of contact in the IT Support team responsible for troubleshooting Windows operating systems and software applications as well as Virtual Systems.

You will be responsible for 1st line technical support covering Microsoft operating systems and applications as well as general systems administration.

The technical environment within which you will troubleshoot will cover: VMWare, Hyper-V, Windows Client O/S (XP, 2003, Vista, 7, 8, 2008, 2012), VOIP and MS Exchange.

Our client is an expanding organisation offering Business Software for International clients based a short walk to Reading station.

Required skills:

- IT Service Desk Support and solid Troubleshooting experience

- Solid Microsoft OS and Virtualisation skills required

Salary:

Salary from £17,000 to £19,000 basic.
