Role Overview
An experienced Helpdesk Team Lead, who will have strong technical background (Microsoft, Windows, VMware), excellent line management / mentioring skills and ideally, experience of managing 3rd party suppliers, is required by a leading business based in Manchester. A salary of up to £28,000 is offered depending on experience.

As the Helpdesk Team Lead, you will lead the small Helpdesk / IT Support Team - providing mentorship to the junior team members, managing resources (both equipment and manpower), acting as an escalation point and creat support guides.

Required Skills
The Helpdesk Team Lead will ideally have the following skills / qualifications:
- Extensive previous experience within an IT helpdesk - ideally with some mentoring experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Server and Active Directory
- Excellent telephone skills and strong written communications
- Strong line management / mentorship skills

Basic salary to £28,000 + Benefits
