Role Overview
A knowledgeable HR Change Manager, who has a solid understanding of project methodologies, excellent HR process change skills, strong commercial acumen / awareness, and, ideally, a background in insurance, is required by a leading supplier to the Travel sector based near Maidstone.  A salary of up to £50k plus benefits is offered depending on experience.

Working within and leadig the talented Projects team, you will take responsibility for a new of key business and HR change projects – ensuring successful delivery through documentation of objectives and benefits, resource management and regular updates of project plans and monitoring progress.

Essential Skills
The HR Change Manager will ideally have the following skills / experience:
- Educated to degree level
- Previous experience within a project management / business change role
- Solid knowledge of project methodologies
- Any knowledge of the insurance sector would be a plus 

Basic salary to £50,000 plus benefits
