HRIS Programme Manager

A HRIS Programme Manager with experience in a full lifecycle role is required for a HR Processes company based in the UK. A salary of up to £90,000 is offered, depending on experience.
You will be involved with the full lifecycle from presales and pricing to delivery. You will have previous experience in a client facing role and be confident in this department. You will be responsible for ensuring all pre-sales activity directly reflects the digital HR services propositions in a meaningful way, whilst meeting all the customer needs.
You will have previous experience in UK HR and Payroll. You will develop innovation capabilities within an organisation and represent those capabilities for market facing and sales purpose – this will include commercial, strategy, pricing and solution perspective.

The HRIS Programme Manager will ideally have the following experience:
- Experience in UK HR and payroll.
- Experience in pre-sales
- Experience in pricing, solutions and costing
- Experience in delivery of projects
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors and/or Workday
UK Based – Remote working – 50% UK travel involved
