Role Overview
An experienced Insurance Claims Adminstrator, with strong communication skills (both verbal and written), excellent PC skills and with the ability to managing a high-volume workload, is required by a leading supplier to the Travel sector based near Maidstone.  A salary of up to £19k plus benefits is offered depending on experience.

The Insurance Claims Administrator will be responsible for investigating and following up on customer queries, managing complaints, contact with third party providers and brokers.  This is an excellent training role with lots of career progression offered.

Essential Skills
The Insurance Claims Administrator will ideally have the following skills / experience:
- Educated to degree level
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Any experience in the insurance sector would be a distinct advantage

Basic salary to £19,000 plus benefits
