An IT Support Analyst with experience supporting users with 1st Line technical faults is required by our IT and Telephony client based in Epsom, Surrey. A salary of up to £18k basic is available plus shift allowance.
As IT Support Analyst you will maintain SLAs on support tickets ensuring that customer problems are resolved to a satisfactory conclusion or escalated to the correct team. The successful candidate will ideally have solid knowledge and experience of Microsoft Operating Systems support as well as telephony support knowledge covering DSL monitoring systems.
The ideal applicant will have prior experience in a 1st Line Support position and knowledge of some of the following technologies: Microsoft Server 2016, Exchange, Office 365, Cisco Meraki and Zyxel firewalls, Solarwinds, Sophos Anti-virus. Training can be provided on these technologies.
Our client is a long-established IT & Telecoms company with a core team of 30 staff. They are accredited investors in people and offer their staff opportunity to grow and develop.
- 1st Line IT Support experience
- Microsoft O/S and strong hardware and software support
- Strong fault diagnosis and communication skills
- Willing ness to do out of hours/on-call cover as part of a team rota.
