IT Support Analyst

An IT Support Analyst with strong 1st line and 2nd line support experience is required by our Sheffield based Manufacturing client. A salary up to £25,000 basic is available.

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing Microsoft desktop and server support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing backups as well as supporting ongoing IT projects. Strong installation and configuration skills are required as well as monitoring security and patching of operating systems.

As IT Support Analyst you will have a good knowledge of the following technologies: Windows Server 2012, Active Directory, Group Policy, Domains, Office365, Network Connectivity, Citrix and strong Desktop support covering Hardware and Software.

Required skills:

- Experience supporting Windows Operating Systems and Network Infrastructure

- Strong fault diagnosis at 1st and 2nd line level

- Desktop and server support and installation experience

Our client is well established manufacturing company with over 300 users and multiple sites in the UK.

Salary:

Basic salary from £22,000 to £25,000 basic plus car allowance
