An experienced IT Support Engineer is required by a leading managed service provider based to the South of Bristol. A salary of up to £24,000 is offered.
Working as part of a close team of dedicated staff, and yet happy to be self-sufficient. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing varied system support for SME clients and schools.
This role with be to provide technical administration, helpdesk and support services on and off site.
Face to face client interaction will be expected. The range of expertise will need to be in Windows 10, Cloud services, system upgrades, pc troubleshooting and network administration. Experience in 1st and some 2nd line support is essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity that will allow you to technically grow whilst having exposure to a wide array of industries and environments.
You will join a well-established Managed Service provide, who have been providing IT Support and Communications solutions for over 20 years.
The IT Support Engineer will ideally have the following varied experience/skills:
- Previous IT support experience working with more than one client.
- Strong Microsoft Server skills.
- Good working knowledge of Office 365.
- Ability to self-manage and deploy system upgrades for clients.
- Solid knowledge of networking principles: connectivity, switches, firewalls.
- Driving License and car are essential
