We have an excellent opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a fast-growing importer of wines in the South West. With a starting package of £25,000 + benefits. You’ll be joining a great team working for a growing company.
In this varied role, you'll be dealing with customer orders and weekly stock verification. You'll also be involved with VAT returns and customer credit.
You will cover general office administrative tasks, as well as dealing with supplied and making payments. You may have the opportunity to get involved with some of the marketing too!
Any knowledge of experience using SAP would be a huge advantage.

Previous experience as an Office Administrator / Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator with experience using SAP.
You’ll have experience dealing with customer orders, and supporting the office admin.
You’ll have experience in managing customer credit and VAT returns.
