I joined CV Screen in 2017 after working in Hospitality Management for the previous 8 years, (working with chefs gave me a tough skin, ready for the recruitment world!). On my weekends and evening off (which I STILL appreciate greatly), I will be found in the company of my friends and family, with a G&T in hand!
After joining CV Screen in 2017 with no recruitment experience, I picked things up quickly. I was previously in charge of recruiting at the pub I used to run, so I have plenty of experience interviewing candidates. I have had the pleasure of being able to join a team with a wealth of knowledge, who I continue to learn from each and every day.
