We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst/Helpdesk to step into a varied team orientated environment at a growing company who specialises in a niche market. To drive accuracy and develop professional relationships. Salary up to £20,000 Depending on experience.
You will join a team of 8 Service Desk/Helpdesk people and report directly to your Manager or Team Leader to ensure things are handled correctly and with efficiency. The role for a small but expanding company, so we’re looking for someone willing to learn, confident and not afraid of getting stuck in. Duties will include, monitoring system faults, remotely fixing faults on online systems, allocating jobs, liaising with sites and clients. Our client provides training and support on all aspects of the role.

The Service Desk Analyst/Helpdesk will ideally have the following experience:
- Consistent career history, with longevity in permanent positions
- Accurate and keen eye for detail
- Confident on the phone
- Ability to hold professionalism over email
- Advantage to anyone with a technical background, or generally tech savvy looking to make an initial step into the industry
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

Salary / Benefits
Up to £20,000, 25 days holiday, onsite parking, progression provided if you have the ingenuity to do so
